The Hotel is currently operating 106 rooms, with 38 rooms that can be put into service. Additionally, the Property is conveniently located off Highway 69 and the 323 Loop, providing easy access to the area’s demand generators. Tyler is a diverse community with an economy based on retail, healthcare, education, and manufacturing.
