- Radisson Hotel Group reported a record-breaking year in 2024, adding nearly 40,000 keys to its global brand portfolio.

Radisson Hotel Group concluded an exceptional year in 2024 with over 300 new signings and openings globally. The Group added almost 40,000 keys to its brand portfolio, significantly enhancing its worldwide footprint. Radisson Blu continued its run as the leading upper upscale brand in Europe for the 13th straight year, and the Group emerged as the leader in the upscale resort segment in the EMEA region.
According to Elie Younes, Executive Vice President and Global Chief Development Officer at Radisson Hotel Group, the group’s success is attributable to its relentless efforts to serve its key customers: the guests and the owners. In 2025, the group plans to continue creating more opportunities for all stakeholders by building on existing segments and partnerships and seeking new business avenues.
Since its inception in 2018, the Radisson Collection brand grew impressively in 2024, with nearly 70 hotels and significant portfolio growth across critical destinations. In collaboration with PPHE Hotel Group, Radisson Hotel Group opened the art’otel London Hoxton, combining captivating artwork with cutting-edge design. Furthermore, the Group plans to open an art’otel property in Rome in early 2025.
Radisson Blu added over 20 properties to its portfolio in 2024, reflecting strong momentum in EMEA and APAC. Notable openings included properties in Casablanca, Morocco, and Conakry, Guinea. Radisson RED expanded into several new markets, including Vietnam, Germany, New Zealand, Laos, and Nigeria.
Radisson Individuals, launched in 2020, became one of the fastest-growing brands in APAC, with almost 15 additions to the portfolio in the region in 2024. In EMEA, the brand expanded with new properties in Oman, Sardinia, Turkey, France, and the UK.
Towards the end of 2024, the Group rebranded its midscale lifestyle brand, prizeotel, to Prize by Radisson. New hotels under the rebranded name were announced in Gdansk, Poland, and Berlin, Germany, marking a critical moment in the brand’s growth strategy. Radisson Hotel Group is now the industry leader in the upscale resort segment, with over 150 properties in operation and under development.
As Radisson Hotel Group steps into 2025, it focuses on expansions in strategic geographies, aiming to provide the right brand and solution for every market, thus creating more possibilities and opportunities for its stakeholders.
