There is a lot happening in Vancouver over the Remembrance Day weekend most years including various winter markets and November 11th parades and ceremonies.

In addition to events commemorating past wars and paying respects to men and women who have fought bravely for our country, there are other events on the holiday weekend too.

During 2024’s Remembrance Day weekend, there are a number of events at North Vancouver breweries (as part of Vancouver’s North Shore Craft Beer Week), and shows with the Chutzpah Festival. There are also Holiday Markets and Remembrance Day concerts with groups like the Vancouver Welsh Men’s Choir and Chor Leoni.

See below for information about what’s happening in the Lower Mainland on the weekend of November 8th to 11th in 2024. First we list Remembrance Day parades and ceremonies happening on November 11th in various communities.
