Noble Investment Group has acquired the Renaissance Reno Downtown Hotel & Spa, located along the Truckee River in downtown Reno, Nevada.
Noble Investment Group has acquired the Renaissance Reno Downtown Hotel & Spa, a riverfront property in downtown Reno, Nevada, with immediate access to the city’s central business district and the Reno-Tahoe corridor.
The Reno-Tahoe region attracts more than 15 million visitors annually and continues to experience strong population growth, sustained job creation, and economic diversification across technology, advanced manufacturing, logistics, and tourism.
Reno is among the fastest-growing metropolitan areas in the United States, supported by in-migration, a business-friendly tax environment, ongoing infrastructure investment, and expanding corporate demand. The market has attracted significant commitments from global companies in technology, data infrastructure, electric vehicle manufacturing, advanced manufacturing, and logistics, including Tesla, Google, Microsoft, Apple, and Switch, as well as major distribution operations serving the Western United States.
These investments have accelerated job creation, strengthened the region’s income profile, and positioned Reno as a hub for innovation and supply chain infrastructure. Reno’s diversified economic base—including technology, manufacturing, logistics, healthcare, professional services, and tourism—along with its multi-season leisure appeal and proximity to Lake Tahoe, supports resilient lodging demand throughout the year.
Noble Investment Group stated that the property’s riverfront location and brand will serve as a platform for targeted capital enhancements and operational initiatives. No additional transaction details or plans for the property were disclosed.
