Grand Hyatt Scottsdale Resort has officially debuted its expanded Arizona Ballroom, marking the completion of a $115 million renovation of the property. The ballroom’s size has nearly doubled to 24,000 square feet, making it one of the largest event spaces in the region.

The resort’s total meeting and event facilities now span 90,000 square feet, reinforcing its position as a top destination for meetings, conferences, and celebrations. The first event in the renovated ballroom took place in January, signifying a new phase for large-scale gatherings at the resort.

The expanded Arizona Ballroom is part of the resort’s revamped meetings and events facilities, which includes 35,000 square feet of outdoor venues and an additional 10,000 square feet of pre-function space. This makes for a smooth transition between large-scale gatherings. The resort also provides guests and event planners with 48 flexible meeting rooms, sophisticated onsite audiovisual support, and high-speed internet connectivity.

The resort’s four upgraded restaurants, led by Chef Richard Blais, and the tastefully renovated rooms complement the revamped meeting spaces, ensuring a unified and enhanced experience for guests throughout the property.

The redesigned Arizona Ballroom can accommodate a variety of events, from corporate conventions to large social gatherings. Features include rigging points in the ceiling for suspending items such as new Flying LED Walls, which optimizes floor space. The ballroom also boasts expansive indoor and outdoor foyer areas, including the Arizona Courtyard, providing a seamless transition between spaces. Private valet services are available outside the ballroom for exclusive arrivals and departures.

Guests can enjoy an enhanced dining experience with curated menus, food and beverage activations, and artistic cocktails.

Apart from banquet services, the resort is home to four restaurants led by renowned Chef Richard Blais. These include La Zozzona, a modern Italian restaurant; Tiki Taka, offering a variety of small plates; Mesa Centrale, a Southwestern grill; and the Grand Vista Lounge, a contemporary bar offering a selection of craft cocktails and creative dishes.
