The Pacific Asia Travel Association (PATA) unveiled an enhanced PATAmPOWER platform at the PATA Annual Summit 2026 on May 13 in Korea (ROK). The upgraded tourism data platform features a modernised interface and dashboard design, along with improved filtering, visualisation, and export capabilities.
PATAmPOWER consolidates tourism data for the Asia Pacific region, providing access to monthly international visitor arrivals, annual visitor profile data, average visitor expenditure, and monthly scheduled inbound flight frequency and seat capacity over a 12-month horizon. The platform also includes forecasts by origin market and other tourism-related datasets. It is designed to support governments, destination management organisations, national tourism organisations, the aviation and hospitality sectors, researchers, and analysts.
PATA collaborates with official government tourism authorities and OAG as its official data providers. The platform enhancements aim to enable more intuitive navigation and efficient data analysis.
PATA members receive access to the PATAmPOWER platform as a membership benefit, with access levels determined by membership tier. Members can use the platform through their PATA InfoHub account. Selected datasets are also available to the public upon request.
Organisations interested in becoming data provider partners for the PATAmPOWER platform may contact the PATA Project Management team for further discussion.
