Dorit Kemsley has filed for divorce from estranged husband Paul “PK” Kemsley one day after he was photographed kissing Ryan Seacrest‘s ex-girlfriend Shana Wall.
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star, 48, is requesting sole legal and physical custody of her two children with PK, according to court documents obtained by Us Weekly, which were filed on Friday, April 25. Dorit, who is also seeking spousal support, cited “irreconcilable differences” as the reason for their split.
The exes, who tied the knot in 2015, share two children: 11-year-old son Jagger and 9-year-old daughter Phoenix. They announced their separation in May 2024, after years of split rumors — including from Dorit’s RHOBH co-star Erika Jayne Girardi — and just over nine years of marriage.
“We as a couple have been subject to a lot of speculation about our marriage. We have had our struggles over the last few years and continue to work through them as two people who love each other and share two amazing children together. To safeguard our deep friendship and maintain a harmonious environment for our children we have made the mutual and difficult decision to take some time apart and reevaluate our relationship while we prioritize our children,” the Kemsleys wrote in a joint Instagram post at the time. “We appreciate your love and support while we continue to do the work necessary throughout this journey.”
Just hours before Dorit’s divorce filing on Friday, photos surfaced of PK laughing with and kissing Wall, 50, in Beverly Hills one day prior.
While PK’s split from Dorit was relatively recent, Seacrest and Wall have been broken up for some time. The Wheel of Fortune host initially dated Wall from 2003 to 2005 before sparking romance rumors once again in 2016.
