The Ritz-Carlton Residences, South Beach
The Ritz-Carlton Residences, South Beach, developed by Flag Luxury Group and Sobe Sky Development, has initiated sales for 30 custom-designed beach houses. These residences offer luxury living with resort-inspired amenities and exclusive access to the Ritz-Carlton, South Beach hotel. The residences are expected to welcome homeowners in 2027.
The Ritz-Carlton Residences, South Beach, a landmark residential development located in one of Miami’s most desirable neighborhoods, has launched sales. The residences, developed by Flag Luxury Group on behalf of Sobe Sky Development, epitomize luxury living with its 30 custom-designed beach houses offering panoramic ocean and city views.
The residences are marketed by The EKLUND | GOMES Team at Douglas Elliman Development Marketing, one of the largest independent residential real estate brokerages in the United States. Anticipated to convert reservations into multi-million-dollar contracts, the private residences’ prices begin at $4.25 million and could touch $125 million for a combined purchase of the two duplex penthouses.
The 15-story tower, designed by architectural visionary Kobi Karp Architecture and Interior Design Inc., will feature one- to five-bedroom residences, offering up to 8,104 square feet of indoor-outdoor living space. The residences will boast expansive views of the Atlantic Ocean and Miami Beach skyline, with select residences featuring private elevators and wrap-around terraces. Interiors and finishes have been curated by renowned designer Alessandro Munge of Studio Munge.
The Residences’ amenities will include culinary programming by Michelin-starred chef José Andrés, access to over 50,000 square feet of exclusive amenities, cultural programming, à la carte services such as a beach concierge and pet care, a private fitness center, a sculpture garden, and a rooftop pool with dedicated cabanas. Additionally, residents will have access to exclusive hotel amenities and services at The Ritz-Carlton, South Beach and the soon-to-be-renovated Sagamore.
The Residences now accept ownership contracts, with homes starting at USD 4.25 million. Fredrik Eklund of Douglas Elliman is the exclusive listing agent for the project.
Sobe Sky Development, the owner of The Ritz-Carlton, South Beach Hotel & Residences, is a partnership between the Ben-Josef, Lowenstein, and Kanavos families. The development company aims to preserve the property’s legacy by blending timeless elegance with modern luxury.
