The Toronto Blue Jays returned to the Rogers Centre last week for their 2025 season, embracing a sold-out crowd of fans for the first time since last fall.

But while Toronto was able to pack the stadium for the first game of the year, it might be a while before they’re able to do it again.

With a 3:07 p.m. first pitch set for Wednesday’s game against the Washington Nationals, the matchup is Toronto’s first of six as part of the “Work From Dome” promotions, encouraging locals to pop out a few hours early from work and get down to the ballpark.

At the time of writing, a pair of tickets for Wednesday afternoon’s game against the Washington Nationals is going for as little as $10 each on StubHub, with fees included.

And if you’re looking to head to the ballpark and grab a drink along the way, you might even spend more on the beverage than getting in the ballpark.

As part of the Dugout Deals sections 240 and 537, you can get a 12 oz/355 mL Budweiser/Bud Light for $6.49 during all games this season, a few dollars cheaper than current ticket prices on the resale market.

But the cheapest beer available throughout the ballpark is the 473 ml domestic tall can for $12.99, slightly more expensive than the resale 500 level tickets. For comparison’s sake, a 1oz spirit costs $13.49, a canned cocktail goes for $14.49, and the cheapest glass of wine goes for $16.99, prior to taxes and tip.

If you missed out on seeing the Blue Jays during their first two series in town, they’re back at the Rogers Centre on April 14, when they take on the Atlanta Braves to kick off a six-game homestand. Though tickets are a bit more expensive than Wednesday’s game, you can get in the door for as little as $17 as of the latest StubHub prices.
