Rumer Willis is breathing new life into an iconic bikini set once worn by her mom, Demi Moore.
Rumer, who is the eldest of The Substance actress’ three daughters with ex Bruce Willis, posed wearing the same gold bikini her mom wore in the 1996 R-rated drama Striptease in new photos first obtained by Page Six.

In the images, Rumer–who also briefly appeared in the film, which also starred Burt Reynolds and Armand Assante–accessorized the metallic gold string bikini set embroidered with colorful florals with a pair of black open-toe stilettos and sunglasses. She posed for the images outside on a wood deck, soaking up the sun and even smiling in a few snaps with her daughter, Louetta, who will turn 2 next month.

Just like her mom at the time of the film, Rumer is 36 now, though her own daughter is about five years younger than she was when she appeared in the film as the on-screen daughter of her real-life mom, who famous portrayed a single mom and former FBI secretary-turned-stripper in what was, at the time, considered a controversial film.

Despite nearly 30 years passing since the glamorous bikini first saw the light of day, it still looked just as fabulous on Rumer as it did her movie star mother–who as recently as this past fall, still had to speak out about the public’s perception of “nudity” in roles (apparently not much has changed).
Along with Rumer, the former couple–who were married from 1987 until 2000–also share daughters Scout, 33, and Tallulah, 31. The Die Hard actor is also a father to two younger daughters–Mabel, 12, and Evelyn, 10–whom he welcomed with his current wife, Emma Heming Willis.
