Sabrina Carpenter Transforms Into Barbie During Her NYC Concert

1 November 20253 Mins Read

Sabrina Carpenter goes all out on Halloween as her Short n’ Sweet Tour lit up New York City.

Amid her sold-out five-night takeover of Madison Square Garden, the pop star brought eerie glam and playful energy to the stage, turning the venue into her own haunted pop paradise.

For the fourth night of her NYC tour, the award-winning songstress entertained the crowd with a slew of playful Halloween costumes as she performed her hit-filled setlist.

Carpenter surprised the audience when she sang “Manchild” in a Wonder Woman-inspired look, then later took the stage in an orange mini dress channeling a Flintstones character while singing “Juno.”

However, what struck the audience the most was her version of Barbie.

The 25-year-old stunned as a real-life Barbie while performing the iconic song “Barbie Girl” by Aqua.

Carpenter rocked a glittery pink cowboy-inspired look, pairing a cropped vest top with high-waisted flared pants that screamed pop-star glam.

Completing the look, she topped off the Western-chic vibe with a white cowboy hat, sending the crowd wild with her dazzling stage style.

Social media erupted with fans admiring the creativity and the team’s attention to detail during the singer’s NYC tour.

“This was a fantastic use of the Halloween-themed concert,” one wrote.

“She needs to actually make a cover of Barbie Girl and upload it; she sings fantastically,” a commenter added.

“This is genuinely the best thing ever,” a user echoed.

The former Disney star will wrap up her Short n’ Sweet Tour in New York City on Nov. 1 after a string of sold-out shows on Oct. 26, 28, 29 and 31 at Madison Square Garden.

For the whole month of November, Carpenter is set to travel across the United States and Canada with stops in Nashville and Ontario, wrapping up the tour with a six-night concert run in Los Angeles.

On the other hand, the “Please Please Please” singer is also booked and busy next year, as she will be part of a highly anticipated festival lineup. This includes Lollapalooza South America, with shows in Chile, Argentina, Brazil and Colombia.

In addition, Carpenter is set to headline the highly anticipated Coachella 2026, with Justin Bieber and Karol G taking the stage on the following days.

The upcoming festival will mark her second Coachella appearance after performing at the event in 2024, where she debuted her chart-topping hit “Espresso.”
