This concert was recorded and filmed on May 7, 2016 during Hans Zimmer’s European concert tour. He was accompanied by a full band, orchestra and choir, including guitarist Johnny Marr of The Smiths. Zimmer himself performs on multiple instruments and gives introductory insights to many of the pieces during the concert, all of which is included in the two-hour-plus performance.
