Halloween may be over, but the scares never truly end when it comes to Dead by Daylight. Developer Behaviour Interactive has teamed up with Konami for a collaboration that will have both Silent Hill players and Castlevania fans salivating: The game’s 2v8 mode now features Silent Hill 2‘s Pyramid Head and Castlevania‘s Dracula.
“Together, their presence transforms The Entity’s 2v8 Trials into a brutal hunt of judgment and bloodlust where no Survivor is safe,” Behaviour and Konami shared in a joint press release.
In-game, Pyramid Head is referred to as “The Executioner,” while Dracula is “The Dark Lord,” but the update also features two new Survivors, which players can use for free for the duration of the Konami 2v8 takeover. The first is Cheryl Mason, the daughter of Silent Hill protagonist Harry Mason. The second is Castlevania III protagonist Trevor Belmont.
The 2v8 update also includes four new outfits: a Legendary-tier Trevor Belmont Outfit that turns him into Richter Belmont, a Very Rare-tier Dracula Outfit called Scorched Terror, a Very Rare-tier Awakened Order Outfit for Cheryl, and a Very Rare-tier Flayed Torturer Outfit for everyone’s favorite al nightmare, Pyramid Head.
Dead By Daylight‘s 2v8 Konami Takeover runs from Nov. 6 – 20.
