In partnership with women’s health advocate Dr. Mindy Pelz, Six Senses has unveiled a Female Wellness program. The program, a testament to Six Senses’ integrated wellness philosophy, is designed to empower women by providing them with the tools and knowledge to maintain a balanced hormonal and metabolic state, particularly during periods of physiological transition.

The program, available initially at five Six Senses properties, offers 3-, 5-, or 7-day journeys. It focuses on various aspects of female wellness, including hormone cycles, fasting, blood sugar science, body composition changes, and sexual health. A significant component of the program is the non-invasive Wellness Screening, which measures key biometric markers and uses Continuous Glucose Monitoring (CGM) to track blood sugar levels, allowing for a tailored approach to each individual’s health needs.

Dr. Mindy Pelz, a leading figure in women’s health, collaborates with Six Senses on this innovative initiative. “All that I do is about giving women the power back when it comes to their health,” says Pelz. The program aims to help women regain control over their health and thrive, particularly during the menopause stage, by aligning their bodies with their own biology.

Wellness Practitioners at each Six Senses property devise unique plans for each guest, using a combination of holistic and locally inspired treatments, therapies, and activities. These are designed to relax the nervous system and support the oxytocin boost stimulated by fasting. The program also incorporates the principles of Sleep With Six Senses and Eat With Six Senses, featuring optimized guest rooms for sleep and a fasting program in sync with the guest’s hormonal cycle.

The program’s duration allows for a deep exploration of hormonal balance, mood, cravings, sleep, weight, and mental clarity. The seven-day program specifically emphasizes weight release, metabolic flexibility, and detox principles that can support long-term hormonal health and overall well-being.

In addition to the on-site program, guests can continue their wellness journey at home through resources provided by Dr. Mindy Pelz, including a series of informative videos and access to Pelz’s Reset Academy forum.

Six Senses plans to introduce the Female Wellness programs to five properties this year, with the ambition to extend them to all Six Senses properties in the future.
