Smucker’s and Jif are no longer just fan-favorite brands of jelly and peanut butter.

The J.M. Smucker Company—the maker of both Smucker’s and Jif—has licensed its products to offer a new way to enjoy the berry and nutty-flavored pantry staples fans have come to expect from its brands.

Images of the new products on shelves at some stores have gone viral online, as shoppers apparently couldn’t believe what they had found in the baking aisle: Smucker’s and Jif sprinkles in mini jars resembling their original packaging.

Smucker’s and Jif-Flavored Sprinkles Sound Like ‘Great Toppings,’ According to Fans

Inspired by several classic Smucker’s and Jif products, these four new toppings appear to be licensed by My Favorite Company, which produces other novelty favorites like the Perfect Man Chocolate Bar and Block Pops.

According to photos from the baking aisle (and a Walmart product page), the new sprinkles are heading out in four varieties that will surely elevate any cake, ice cream, chocolate-covered pretzel, or homemade Rice Krispies treats with a surprising yet familiar flavor: Jif Peanut Butter Sprinkles, Jif Peanut Butter & Chocolate Sprinkles, Smucker’s Strawberry Sprinkles, as well as Smucker’s Grape Sprinkles.

The new Smucker’s jelly-inspired sprinkles are both described as “colorful, sweet, fun” toppings in descriptions published on Walmart’s website. Each replica jelly jar weighs 2.82 ounces and costs about $3.50 (prices may vary by location). The strawberry jelly-flavored sprinkles are red and white, while the grape-flavored ones come in a vibrant purple-and-white duo.

As for the peanut butter-inspired dessert toppings, the new Jif Peanut Butter and Chocolate Sprinkles will likely offer a similarly rich, nutty flavor to the spread that the J.M. Smucker Company released two years ago. It is also available in a 2.82-ounce jar ($3.48) and features a mix of yellow and brown sprinkles. The Jif Peanut Butter Flavored Sprinkles are a single tan color and are expected to taste just like the original peanut butter.

While it’s still a bit too early for reviews (the products haven’t even officially been announced yet), fans are fairly optimistic about the release, which they’re calling “interesting and innovative.”

“Now that is definitely something new,” a second teased, “And PEANUT BUTTER ANYTHING IS EVERYTHING!”

“Soooo many ideas!!!” a third exclaimed. “Great toppings for my ninja creami’s!!”

Another excited fan cheered: “I can’t wait to find, buy, and try!”

“Ohh I’m intrigued 👀😋,” someone else wrote.

“I wonder if they really do taste like the actual stuff?” a different Instagram user asked, noting that they have “so many ideas” on how to use it.

“I just want the little jars,” one more joked.

Those looking to find the new Jif and Smucker’s-flavored sprinkles should keep them in mind the next time they’re shopping at Walmart (either in-store or online). It’s currently unclear whether or not the items are exclusive to the retailer, but early reports suggest they may be.
