The Spanish Super Cup 2025 significantly boosted Jeddah’s hotel industry, leading to the highest January occupancy level since 2015, as reported by CoStar, a global leader in commercial real estate data, analytics, and news.

The occupancy rate for that month reached an impressive 70.5%, marking a 15% increase year-over-year. The average daily rate (ADR) also grew by 4.8%, standing at SAR630.94, and the Revenue per available room (RevPAR) jumped by 20.6% to SAR444.84.

Both ADR and RevPAR saw their highest January figures since 2019 and 2016, respectively.

The performance reached its peak on the Spanish Super Cup final match between Barcelona and Real Madrid on 12 January, with occupancy, ADR, and RevPAR reaching 88.4%, SAR735.50, and SAR650.10, respectively.

Throughout January, each Spanish Super Cup match night saw occupancy rates above 80%, and overall, Jeddah’s occupancy levels exceeded the 60% mark on all but five nights.
