Antoinette Bower, an actress known for numerous roles, including appearing in The Twilight Zone and Star Trek, has died at the age of 93.

Her friend, Carlotta Glackin, told the Hollywood Reporter that Bower died in an Eagle Rock senior retirement home in Los Angeles on April 30.

She also starred in the 1972 film Superbeast, along with her role in Prom Night, where she played the wife of Leslie Nielsen and the mother of Jamie Lee Curtis. She also appeared in The Evil That Men Do (1984).

In an episode of TheTwilight Zone titled  “Probe 7, Over and Out,” which premiered in November 1963, she played Eve Norda, a woman stranded on a planet. Then, in Star Trek, she appeared in the season 2 episode “Catspaw,” which premiered in October 1967.

For three seasons, Bower had a recurring role on the TV drama Neon Rider. She then left acting.

Following the news, many paid tribute to the actress.

“Just found out that one of my favorite actresses passed away earlier this year at 93 #RIP Antoinette Bower,” one person wrote.

“Rest in peace Antoinette Bower. Was great in Columbo,” another person commented.
