Sugarland was one of several musical acts to play at a concert for Kamala Harris in Raleigh, N.C., on the eve of the election—and their fans couldn’t be more “proud.”
In a video posted to TikTok, the country duo played their hit “Something More” at the rally, which also included performances from James Taylor and Remi Wolf.
Jennifer Nettles and Kristian Bush sang in front of a packed crowd on a stage with a huge blue “Harris/Walz” banner and American flags on either side.

The country duo’s fans praised them for doing their part to encourage people to vote in the comments.
“did not think I’d see this, so proud of them,” wrote one TikToker.
“this is brave… thank you,” declared someone else.
“They were one of my fav groups. I was so sad when they stopped making new music. Proud to say I’m a fan of theirs!” agreed a third social media user.
“Wow, good for them,” another person commented.
Sugarland is currently on tour with fellow country stars Little Big Town. The bands thrilled fans in April when Nettles and Bush teamed up with LBT members Karen Fairchild, Kimberly Schlapman, Phillip Sweet and Jimi Westbrook at the 2024 CMT Music Awards for an iconic performance of Phil Collins‘ “Take Me Home.”
The memorable evening marked the 20th anniversary of Sugarland’s hit “Baby Girl,” while Little Big Town is celebrating 25 years together.
