Sylvester Stallone believes in the Power of Love.

The veteran actor was unable to attend the Power of Love charity event held Saturday, Feb. 22, at the MGM Garden Arena in Las Vegas, but he did lend a helping hand in a video message by encouraging attendees to donate to the cause with generous bids.

The Tulsa King star teamed up with Nick Dossa of the luxury car dealer Vegas Auto Gallery to donate some unique items to raise funds for the Cleveland Clinic Lou Ruvo Center for Brain Health.

Dossa contributed a pair of 2024 Lotus Emira sports cars to the event and Stallone, 78, upped the ante by offering the winning bidders for the high-performance vehicles the opportunity to spend a day with him on the set of his hit Paramount+ TV show Tulsa King. The winning bidders also received signed bottles of Stallone’s vodka brand, Carbonadi, but were likely advised not to drink the beverage before getting behind the wheel of their new cars.

Each car with the Stallone add-ons racked in $500,000 at the event for a total of $1 million for the Keep Memory Alive charity, which researches brain diseases such as Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s, multiple sclerosis and more.

“I was so honored on behalf of Vegas Auto Gallery to be able to support Larry Ruvo’s incredible charity foundation, thanks also in part to Mark Shunock. Since Lotus are extremely hard to get right now, we knew this would be an in-demand car for the auction to raise the most money possible and be able to give back to the community. And with the legend Sylvester Stallone’s affiliation of course, it brought this auction to another level of greatness,” Dossa told TMZ.

The event was hosted by Jimmy Kimmel, who shouted out some of the other celebrity attendees, including Jeffrey Ross, Dax Shepard, Kristen Bell and Jason Bateman, in a caption to photos from the event posted in a carousel on Instagram.

“Thank you to my friends @ItsBillyCrystal @TheRealJeffreyRoss @AnthonyAnderson @IamGuillermo @CletesIII @DaxShepard @KristenAnnieBell & Jason Bateman for coming to Vegas for this year’s Power of Love Gala to benefit Keep Memory Alive & the Cleveland Clinic Lou Ruvo Center for Brain Health – and thanks to everyone who donated to support their life changing work in the diagnosis, treatment, and research of complex neurological conditions,” Kimmel posted.
