Target is giving away $10 in credit to teachers and college students nationwide!

The credit can be used on anything in-store or online, not just classroom supplies. Here’s what to know about who qualifies and how to claim yours before the offer expires.

How to get a $10 credit from Target

To redeem the credit, eligible customers must first sign up for Target Circle, create a wishlist, add at least 10 items, and then share it with family and friends.

However, you’ll also need to have your account verified as either a student or teacher in order to qualify. You can complete verification through Target’s student or teacher verification pages.

In most cases, verification only requires your school name and date of birth, though some users may be asked to upload additional documentation as proof.

The offer is available through June 20, 2026.

This isn’t the first time Target has rolled out a promotion like this, either. The store previously offered this deal to its Target Circle 360 members during the 2025 holiday season.

Target Circle 360 is Target’s paid membership program and includes perks like unlimited same-day delivery on eligible orders, free two-day shipping, and access to exclusive member deals.

The subscription is available in a few pricing tiers, including $99 per year or $10.99 per month. Discounted options are also available, such as $49 per year for Target Circle Cardholders and $4.99 per month for verified college students and qualifying government assistance recipients.
