Tune in, Swifties! You don’t have long to wait before the release of Taylor Swift’s 12th studio album, The Life of a Showgirl, and Vancouver is celebrating with a slew of album release parties next week that you won’t want to miss.
From a listening party to a brunch drag show, here are a handful of release parties to check out if you’re counting down the days.
Ventura Room is hosting a Taylor Swift-themed drag brunch ahead of the album release, performed by none other than local talent Carrie Dawn and special guest performers, Jo Durée and Cheryl Trade. Here, guests can expect to enjoy delicious brunch bites while surrounded by glitter and glamour.

Taylor Swift’s new album will be played live at this spectacular event, which is part listening party and part drag show. Hosted by Carrie Dawn, Canada’s top Taylor Swift impersonator, the celebration will feature an iconic lineup of local drag artists and plenty of Swiftie-themed cocktails and mocktails to go around.

Swifties Socials is back with the city’s largest Taylor Swift dance party, and this iteration couldn’t have come at a better time.
