Fans have declared Taylor Swift to be “the ultimate icon” after a new video surfaced showing the singer’s latest “very generous” gesture for service workers.
In a new clip that appears to show the “Style” songstress departing the Grammys afterparty, Swift was heading out of the venue with a decently sized crowd, including her security and her publicist.
As they neared the door, she passed by a group of venue employees dressed all in black with matching lanyards around their necks and doubled back to tip each one.

While their entire conversation is difficult to make out over the chatter of others in the hall, they could each be heard thanking the singer as she handed them cash while Swift could be heard telling them, “We appreciate you so much,” before returning to her group.
Swift has been lauded several times throughout the last two NFL seasons for stopping in to personally tip kitchen workers, food runners, and more.
Jerris Rainey, a ticket taker at Highmark Stadium in Buffalo, New York, even received a generous tip and a photo op with the superstar last January when the Kansas City Chiefs were in town, calling Swift “a sweetie pie.”
“I just wanted to just see her, and she you know she stopped, and she asked me if I worked at the stadium,” she recalled in an interview after the interaction. “I said yes. And she asked if she could give me a tip. And she gave me $100 and then she asked if I wanted to take a picture with her.” Of course, the answer was yes.

“Taylor just keeps proving she’s the ultimate icon,” one fan fawned in response to the latest video to make the rounds online, while another appreciated that she “does it herself.”
“She doesn’t send one of her staff,” they continued. “And she’s not handing them $5 bills either. She’s well known as a VERY generous tipper.”
“Taylor always knows how to make people feel special 💖,” someone else replied, with others applauding “the fact that she always acknowledges the people working behind the scenes” and noting how it’s “What [you] do when no [one] looks [that] matters most.”
“Where did she hide the money? 😭,” someone else wondered, noting her lack of pockets, while someone else demanded, “And they boo this woman why?”
“The way I wouldn’t spend the money and hang it in a shadow box on my wall,” another fan quipped, and they’re not the only one—the wife of one lucky recipient of a crisp $100 from the performer confirmed that it would not be spent, but framed.
Some fans also noted how in sync her security guard was, immediately turning to remain barely a foot away from her despite how quickly she doubled back with his back turned.
“The real invisible string is between Taylor and Drew the way he pivoted so fast as she turned around,” one joked, while another emphasized, “It just further shows how regular this behavior is.”
It’s not the first time her personal team has received praise, with one Eras Tour video capturing him following her closely around her massive stage, too and one witness noting that he “he literally RUNS to keep up with her.”
