Noble Investment Group has opened Tempo by Hilton Savannah Historic District, a 148-room and suite hotel located on East Bryan Street in Savannah’s Historic District. The property is the first Tempo by Hilton location in Georgia. The hotel is owned and developed by Noble Investment Group and managed by McKibbon Hospitality.
The hotel is situated near Reynolds Square and the Savannah River, providing walkable access to the Historic District’s attractions, a short ferry ride to the Savannah Convention Center, and proximity to the Port of Savannah. Savannah attracts nearly 15 million visitors annually, contributing more than $4 billion to the local economy.
Tempo by Hilton Savannah Historic District is a LEED-certified property. Guestrooms feature a ‘Get Ready Zone’ with enhanced lighting, spa-inspired bathrooms with Bluetooth speaker mirrors, Apotheke bath products, and Sealy Accelerate mattresses. Select rooms, known as Peloton Suites, include an in-room bike, yoga mats, and resistance bands. The hotel also offers a 24-hour fitness center with strength and cardio training equipment.
The hotel includes over 3,000 square feet of meeting space. Public areas feature local artwork and coastal design elements.
Dining options at the property include Waving Girl Rooftop, which serves a menu created by Executive Chef Norma Maytag featuring dishes made with Coastal Georgia ingredients, and Bluestone Lane Café, an Australian-inspired café serving breakfast, brunch, and lunch. Both venues are open.
