A raffle has been launched offering participants the chance to win The Yurtopian Hill Country Resort in Dripping Springs, Texas. The property, valued at $7 million, includes 10 Mongolian yurts, a 2,000-square-foot home, and 46 acres of land. The raffle is being conducted through the UK-based Raffall platform and marks the first real estate transaction of its kind in the United States.

The Yurtopian Hill Country Resort features 10 rental accommodations, each equipped with king-size beds, private bathrooms, rooftop decks, private hot tubs, fire pits, and outdoor kitchens. Additionally, the property includes a 2,000-square-foot home and office, three barns with potential for events or expansion, a wellness spa structure, and a creek.

The raffle tickets are priced at $10 or less, with discounts available for bundle purchases. The winner will be announced on September 30, 2025, during the Glamping Show Americas in Colorado, in partnership with the American Glamping Association. Participants must be at least 18 years old and reside in jurisdictions where participation is permitted. The winner has the option to choose a $1 million cash prize instead of acquiring the property.

This raffle introduces a new model for real estate transactions in the U.S., allowing property owners to transfer high-value assets via an online raffle-style drawing. This format, already popular abroad, offers an alternative to traditional real estate sales, providing participants with a chance at ownership at a minimal cost while generating funding through ticket sales.
