The Bold and the Beautiful has become known for recycling storylines. This happened again this week, and fans are outraged by what went down.
A newly out of a coma Luna (Lisa Yamada) snuck into Il Giardino to spy on Will’s (Crew Morrow) promotion party. In disguise, Luna kept plying Will with alcohol, which ultimately led to her seducing him.

Will was so intoxicated that he assumed he was being seduced by his girlfriend, Electra (Laneya Grace). The incident has fans sounding off on social media.
After all, this has happened before on the show. Luna and Zende (Delon De Metz), Thomas (then Pierson Fodé) and Caroline (Joanna Johnson), Brooke (Katherine Kelly Lang), and Oliver (Zack Conroy) are just a few examples of this recycled storyline.
The Bold and the Beautiful Fans Sound Off

Another fan wrote on X, “Do better #BoldandBeautiful I don’t wanna keep seeing drunk or drugged out young folks getting sexually assaulted!! #BoldandtheBeautiful.”

“The writers need to STOP repeating the same SL. Luna, unfortunately, needs to be jailed. Now she’s a rapist besides being a murderer. I stopped watching #BoldandtheBeautiful once she opened her eyes. Let me guess what will happen after the rape scene 🤔 Luna’s pregnant….” a different fan declared on X.
Luna ending up pregnant was mentioned more than once because that is the soap way, after all.
One fan expressed, “The #BoldandtheBeautiful writers have completely lost the plot. Why are we recycling this traumatic storyline again? It’s exhausting at this point.”

Another X revealed they no longer watch the CBS soap because of the “repetitive storylines,” adding that this “storyline takes the cake! Shame on Brad Bell!”
“Sheila knew exactly what she was doing when she told Luna about Will and the party she set it all in motion so what Luna disgusting ass did to Will is on Sheila and Li for keeping her alive #BoldandtheBeautiful #BoldandBeautiful,” insisted a fan.
This isn’t the first time fans have complained about The Bold and the Beautiful’s repetitive nature. As Parade reported, fans braced for “rinse and repeat” after Ridge (Thorsten Kaye) saved Brooke, putting his relationship with Taylor (Rebecca Budig) at risk.
