What’s the Dunkin’ Bacon, Egg and Cheese Bagel Ordering Hack?

Start by ordering the Bacon Wake-Up Wrap, which gives you all the essential components of a breakfast sandwich: egg, cheese and bacon. Next, order a bagel of your choice on the side—plain, everything, or multigrain are all great options. Once you get your order, sandwich the ingredients from the wrap inside the bagel. Dunkin’s Bacon Wake Up Wraps cost $1.99 and the bagel is $1, bringing the subtotal of the super-satisfying DIY bagel sandwich to a cool $2.99.

Online commenters have praised the hack for its ingenuity and seemingly effective way of saving $3, but some Dunkin’ fans are still skeptical. According to one commenter who claims to be a Dunkin’ employee, “Wake Up Wraps get only half of the egg and bacon, so you get more if you buy it regularly.”

While this is a good point, we’d like to point out that buying two Bacon Wake Up Wraps with a bagel on the side still comes out to be less a Bacon Egg and Cheese Bagel. Spending $5 on a breakfast sandwich still sounds a lot better than $6.48, if you’re willing to do a little bit of work on your end.
