The Grange Dundee HIlls, a new exquisite luxury farmhouse-inspired Grange Winery, and the owner’s residence, Grange Estate nestled in the heart of Willamette Valley, officially open its doors to guests today – further expanding the charming neighborhood of Dundee Hills, currently home to the Black Walnut Inn & Vineyard. Available exclusively to members of the Foley Food & Wine Society, Grange Estate features nine beautifully designed guestrooms that pay tribute to the destination, seamlessly blending elements of Oregon’s local landscape and heritage with the elegance of a turn-of-the century farmhouse. Grange Winery is the newest home of The Four Graces Winery and Anthology tasting experience, where visitors can gather and indulge in nourishing farm-to-table cuisine from James Beard Award nominated local Chef Chase Williams and extraordinary wine, overlooking a vineyard of pinot noir and chardonnay grapes and the rolling Dundee Hills beyond.

The perfect location for wine enthusiasts, nature lovers and foodies alike, Willamette Valley offers visitors the option of wine tastings, a variety of outdoor activities and a bounty of fresh produce and farm-to-table cuisine.

DESIGN + ACCOMMODATIONS

Designed by Portland-based architecture firm Urban Patterns, Grange Dundee Hills embodies Oregon’s spirit with a blend of traditional craftsmanship and modern comfort. From black walnut tables sourced locally in the Willamette Valley to refurbished Princeton Law School chairs, the property exudes rustic charm, featuring bespoke interiors reminiscent of a private luxury home. Farmhouse-style lighting creates a nostalgic ambiance, and both the interior and exterior spaces showcase Oregon’s natural materials to reflect a commitment to authenticity and sustainability. From handcrafted details in each guest room, to the use of Western Red Cedar to honor indigenous traditions, The Grange exemplifies understated luxury while paying tribute to Oregon’s rich natural and cultural heritage.

CULINARY

The Four Graces is a stunning winery that beautifully embodies the rustic charm of the surrounding area, offering wines from local vineyards in the iconic Willamette Valley. The Four Graces specializes in Pinot Noir as well as small production Pinot Gris and Pinot Blanc from three estate vineyards located in Willamette Valley’s Dundee, Yamhill-Carlton, and Van Duzer AVAs, as well as other top sites in the Willamette Valley.

Signature experience, Anthology, offers an innovative and memorable tasting, featuring food and wine pairings that highlight the gastronomic splendor of the destination. Anthology uses quality seasonal ingredients from local farmers and ranchers to create an artful menu with thoughtful wine pairings. With local James Beard nominated Chef Chase Williams and Sous Chef Zack Ehrlich at the helm, Anthology invites guests to experience an immersive communal experience within The Four Graces, featuring a 14 seat open kitchen overlooking the rolling Dundee Hills. Interact with both chefs and sommeliers while they prepare and serve each course in a deeply personal encounter. The Anthology experience is available exclusively to members of the Foley Food & Wine Society.

AMENITIES

Guests can keep up with their exercise routine at the property’s well-equipped wellness studio, which features sustainable Corc Yoga mats, or explore one of the walking trails on the property for fresh air, gorgeous views, and the chance to stretch their legs after a day of travel and wine tasting. Guests are also invited to sink into an elegant lounge chair with a glass of wine on the expansive Grange Estate front porch that overlooks the vineyard, which offers plenty of space for reading, conversation, and relaxation.
