The Luce, a new hotel under Marriott’s Tribute Portfolio, is set to open in St. Pete Beach, Florida, in early 2026.
The Luce, a new hotel joining Marriott’s Tribute Portfolio, is scheduled to open in early 2026 in St. Pete Beach, Florida. The property, owned by The LCP Group and managed by Crescent Hotels & Resorts, will feature 200 guest rooms, including bungalow studio suites. The hotel is positioned on a nine-acre beachfront site, offering direct access to the Gulf Coast shoreline.
The Luce will include two dining venues: Sundrop, a lobby restaurant and bar, and Baby Turtle Beach Club, which will serve American coastal fare. The hotel will also provide amenities such as a large pool, poolside cabanas, a fitness center, and a retail boutique. Additional features include over 14,000 square feet of event space, comprising a ballroom and several indoor and outdoor venues.
Located at 6300 Gulf Blvd, St. Pete Beach, FL, The Luce will offer convenient access to local attractions and dining options, as well as proximity to St. Pete–Clearwater International Airport and Tampa International Airport. As part of the Tribute Portfolio, guests will be able to earn and redeem Marriott Bonvoy points during their stay.
