The Motley Hotel Richmond Joins Hilton’s Tapestry Collection, Marking Brand’s Debut in Australia

After operating independently for 18 months, The Motley Hotel Richmond in Melbourne, Australia, has joined the Tapestry Collection by Hilton. This partnership introduces the Tapestry Collection to Australia for the first time.

The Tapestry Collection by Hilton consists of more than 139 unique hotels in 16 countries and territories. Each hotel in the collection encapsulates the spirit of its locale through its design, decor, and artwork. By joining this collection, The Motley Hotel Richmond aims to cater to a wider audience while preserving its unique character and connection to Melbourne.

Since its establishment, The Motley Hotel has been recognized for its unique blend of bold design, artistic textures, and close ties to Melbourne’s creative culture. The hotel on the historic Federation Terraces of Bridge Road has 80 custom-designed rooms that mirror Melbourne’s vibrant arts scene. Additionally, the hotel provides a range of amenities, including offsite gym access, room service, and exclusive local lifestyle packages.

The Motley Hotel houses two dining venues, Ms Parker and Threads Rooftop Bar, which have quickly become local favorites. These venues highlight Melbourne’s food scene with menus that showcase seasonal produce and the finest local suppliers.

Geoff Brady, the owner of The Motley Hotel Richmond, expressed his excitement about the hotel’s prime location, which is close to major sports and entertainment venues such as the Melbourne Cricket Ground, AAMI Park, Rod Laver Arena, and Margaret Court Arena.
