Excitement is building as the Hard Rock Hotel London in Ontario nears its grand opening, and here’s everything you need to know about its launch.
Set within the historic 100 Kellogg Lane complex, the newly constructed hotel is part of Canada’s largest indoor entertainment venue, which also houses The Factory. Located just minutes away from the Western Fair District, the hotel is nestled in Canada’s only UNESCO City of Music.
The hotel will feature 164 guest rooms and specialty suites. According to its website, classic rooms (two queens) start at $395 per night, while classic king rooms will run you approximately $423 a night.
Superior rooms are a bit more pricey, and start between $441 to $468 depending on if you select a king bed or two queens.
If you’re really trying to splurge, there’s a variety of suites to choose from, including the Gold King Suite with terrace which starts at $540, the Diamond Suite King (starting at $711) and the Rock Royalty Suite King ($1350/night).
For the ultimate rock star experience, there’s also Rock Star Suite, which starts at $4,500 per night and features its own plush bar and of course, lots of music-inspired touches.
The hotel will also offer an array of culinary options, including the GMT-5 bar, Sessions Restaurant & Bar, and a speakeasy named after the year the Kellogg’s Factory opened — 1913. The mixologist-driven bar will feature cereal-infused drinks as a nod to the venue’s history.
The grand lobby also combines elements of the historic Kellogg brick building.
Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Ottawa is also set to open up its doors this spring.
