The Perennial Tianjin Hotel Opens in China Joining the JdV by Hyatt brand

Hyatt Hotels Corporation has announced the opening of The Perennial Tianjin Hotel, the latest addition to the JdV by Hyatt portfolio. This is the fourth hotel of the JdV by Hyatt brand in Greater China. The hotel is situated in the Tianjin South Railway Station Business District.

The Perennial Tianjin is part of The Perennial International Health and Medical Hub, which combines healthcare, senior living, hospitality, and commercial facilities. Conveniently located near the Tianjin South Railway Station’s high-speed rail and subway stations, the hotel is a short 15-minute drive from the historic town of Yangliuqing. It provides guests with a unique mix of modern and traditional Tianjin lifestyles.

The hotel offers 178 guest rooms and suites, each with city views and equipped with premium bedding, a mini-fridge, a spacious bathroom, and a dedicated workspace. The hotel’s facilities include a fitness center, a 6,200-square-foot indoor heated pool, and a variety of exercise machinery.

The Perennial Tianjin houses two fine-dining restaurants, LIUJING 18 and RUI RESTAURANT. LIUJING 18 offers a variety of regional Chinese cuisine, while RUI RESTAURANT specializes in Southeast Asian dishes. The hotel also features the LOBBY LOUNGE, a relaxing space where guests can enjoy beverages and light snacks.

The hotel’s event spaces include a grand ballroom and versatile multi-function meeting rooms with advanced audio-visual equipment. A dedicated banquet team is available to provide comprehensive event services.
