Prepare to be blinded by the lights, Toronto, because the city’s very own hometown hero, The Weeknd, just announced he’s bringing his After Hours Til Dawn Tour to Toronto this summer.
Summertime is concert season in Toronto, and while some exciting shows, like Morgan Wallen and Post Malone, have already been announced for the 2025 season, the the roster just seems to be filling up even more.
The latest addition to the city’s concert schedule is a particularly exciting one for Toronto residents; The Weeknd, not content to stay within the confines of his $70 million Beverly Hills mansion, is coming home, and will be playing two nights at Rogers Centre.
The Scarborough-born singer is bringing his dazzling — if not occasionally disturbing — visuals and silky-smooth vocals to the venue on July 27 and 28; perfect timing for an open-dome extravaganza.
He’s in good company, too; the concert is also set to feature appearances from Playboi Carti and record producer Mike Dean.
