Fans, did you enjoy the season premiere of The Equalizer? I was certainly happy to see Robyn McCall (Queen Latifah) and the gang back, but not so happy to see Marcus Dante (Tory Kittles) on the other side of the country and Mel (Liza Lapira) in emotional turmoil.

In the fifth season premiere of The Equalizer, McCall races to rescue two siblings who run into trouble after stealing a grocery truck carrying firearms. Meanwhile, Harry (Adam Goldberg) and Delilah (Laya DeLeon Hayes) help Mel through her trauma in the aftermath of her kidnapping.

In “Haunted Heights,” this week’s episode of The Equalizer, McCall investigates a death in an apartment building where residents believe the structure is haunted after a young woman suspects her grandmother was pushed down a flight of stairs via supernatural means. Meanwhile, Aunt Vi (Lorraine Toussaint) helps Delilah get ready for her senior photos.
