Pecan Pie Cheesecake Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 (8-oz) pkgs cream cheese, softened
  • 1¼ cup caramel sauce (like Mrs. Richardson’s), divided
  • 1 (6-oz) graham cracker pie crust
  • 1½ cups toasted pecan halves
  1. In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese with an electric mixer until light and fluffy. Add 1 cup caramel sauce; beat until smooth. Spread mixture in pie crust, smoothing top. Refrigerate at least 2 hours.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine toasted pecan halves with ¼ cup caramel sauce; toss to coat. Arrange pecans on top of chilled pie. Drizzle with any remaining caramel in bowl. Refrigerate 15 minutes or until ready to serve. Top with whipped cream and cinnamon, if desired.
