Can you picture anything more glamorous than partying at a glorious sixteenth-century mansion in southern Italy? We can’t, so read on for how to get involved.

Detour Discotheque, the pop-up behind some of the coolest parties over the last few years – such as this one in Iceland, this one on a remote Scottish island and this one atop a Swiss mountain – have announced their next venture at an idyllic farmhouse in Puglia.

The farmhouse in question is Masseria La Rustica, which is nestled on five hectares of land and boasts its own borgo (a village), a stingray-shaped swimming pool, a glitzy poolside pagoda (expect mirrorballs) and a nightclub.

Appropriately named La Dolce Vita Disco, 300 lucky guests will have the chance to throw some shapes at night and the lineup for the weekend so far includes London-based Puerto Rican DJ Daisybelle and Manchester Disco collective Talking Drums – but more names will be announced.

But it’s not all party, party, party. You’ve also got the chance to get stuck into some fresh pasta-making classes, day trips to nearby beaches, disco karaoke and feasts of freshly-caught seafood, orecchiette pasta and local salami in the cobblestone courtyard.

Jonny Ensall, the organiser of the event, said ‘This spot outside Lecce is Italy at its best, and we’re inviting guests to taste the true sweet life and experience a weekend of sunshine, beauty and togetherness. We’re connecting the dots between the simple pleasures of traditional countryside life and the euphoric highs of disco.’

If that hasn’t sold it, here are some snaps of Masseria La Rustica.
