If you didn’t get a chance to catch a movie at the drive-in this summer, rest assured: Ciné-Parc Saint-Eustache is reopening one last time for the season — just in time for some spooky fun.

A special Halloween program has been announced, and best of all, admission is completely free. So, grab a blanket and call your favourite person because you’ve got an exciting outing to plan.

The outdoor projection facility on Montreal’s North Shore, which bills itself as “the largest and most modern” drive-in theatre in Canada, is hosting the event on October 25 and 26 in collaboration with by bd PATLOW comics as part of Patloween IV.

Along with films playing on giant screens, the event is set to feature a variety of activities, including a car show, a cosplay contest, photo booths, flea markets. You can even expect free comics to be given out.

Here are some of the movies that will be shown over the course of the two days:

  • Christine (1983)
  • Ghostbusters (1984)
  • Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (1990)
  • FREDDY (1984)
  • Nightmare on Elm Street (1984)

As we mentioned earlier, access to these movies is completely free, but you’re welcome to make a small donation with proceeds going to Dreams Take Flight Montreal (Voyage de Rêves Montréal), which brings deserving kids from the province of Quebec to Disney World.

You can find more Patloween IV details on the Facebook event page.
