Now boarding! For the second year in a row, Toronto Pearson earned the “Best Airport over 40 Million Passengers in North America” award by Airports Council International (ACI) World. The honour comes as part of a program which “recognizes airports across the globe for delivering the best experience for their passengers.”
The program, ACI World’s Airport Service Quality (ASQ) program, bases the awards off of feedback collected exclusively from travellers through live surveys at airports across the world. ACI World is also considered “the voice of the world’s airports.”
“Toronto Pearson’s success in the Airport Service Quality (ASQ) Awards reflects the dedication the team puts into making each passenger’s journey memorable. Congratulations on meeting and exceeding passenger expectations and inspiring airports around the world,” says Justin Erbacci, Director General, ACI World.
In 2024, Toronto Pearson raked in a handful of other awards including:
- The Corporate Patron Award from the Lions Foundation of Canada Dog Guides for our exceptional service, commitment, and ongoing support
- The Airport Equity, Diversity and Inclusion Award from International Airport Review
