Air Canada has dropped the price of their flights from Toronto to Victoria, BC down to between $257 and $367 CAD roundtrip including taxes.
The flights are nonstop both ways.
This price includes a piece of checked baggage. This is a CBO deal (Checked Bag Only). You cannot bring carry-on. However, in addition to your checked bag, you can still bring a personal item (something that fits under the seat in front of you).
You can also find vice-versa flights (Victoria to Toronto) for a similar roundtrip price.
UPDATE: September and October dates are available for $187 roundtrip ($285 with checked luggage). WestJet is currently the best deal. August dates are $26 more.

– Look for the dates that are $187 to $287 roundtrip.
2. Go to FlightHub or Kayak
3. Search for a flight from Toronto (YYZ) to Victoria (YYJ)
– Try the same dates you found on Google Flights.
– Air Canada charges $74 roundtrip for a checked bag.
