Hilton has announced the launch of its mid-market brand, Tru by Hilton, in the Asia Pacific region with the opening of its first four out of 14 planned properties in Vietnam. This venture results from a partnership with ROX Group, previously known as TNG Holdings Vietnam.

The new Tru by Hilton properties are expected to open before the end of 2025. This will increase Hilton’s total number of hotels under development in Vietnam to 28. Currently, the company operates six properties across three brands in Vietnam – Hilton Hotels & Resorts, Curio Collection by Hilton, and Hilton Garden Inn. The introduction of Tru by Hilton in Asia Pacific further strengthens Vietnam’s position as one of Hilton’s major markets in South East Asia.

Vietnam was chosen as the debut country of Tru by Hilton in Asia Pacific based on the country’s rapidly growing domestic tourism demand and increasing international arrivals. The new hotels will be located in popular and emerging destinations to cater to the needs of business and leisure travelers.

The Tru by Hilton brand offers a youthful and value-centered experience. It combines modern aesthetics with practical features and locally inspired elements. The first four Tru by Hilton hotels in Vietnam include Tru by Hilton Hanoi Station, which combines contemporary comfort with the city’s rich local heritage.

The partnership with ROX Group to bring 14 Tru by Hilton hotels to Vietnam is a significant step towards tapping into the country’s vibrant tourism market. Tru by Hilton’s successful expansion in Mexico, Brazil, and Colombia, coupled with its entry into the Asia Pacific region, demonstrates the brand’s commitment to meeting the needs of modern travelers in bustling cities and emerging destinations.

Each Tru by Hilton hotel in Vietnam will feature the signature “Top It” complimentary breakfast bar, offering a customizable morning meal with various dumplings. Other amenities include a well-equipped fitness center and inviting social spaces for games and gatherings.
