The U.S. Travel Association has promoted Ellen Davis to Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President. Davis joined the association in 2023 as Executive Vice President of Business Strategy and Industry Engagement.

In her previous role, Davis launched a new membership model, evolved the association’s event portfolio, built new industry networks, restructured operations, and increased revenue by 37%. In her new position, she will lead operational strategy, growth, and performance, while continuing to oversee membership, industry engagement, and events functions to ensure alignment with the association’s broader strategy and priorities.

Before joining the U.S. Travel Association, Davis held senior roles at the National Retail Federation and the Consumer Brands Association, where she contributed to substantial growth in membership, community, and revenue.
