Valerie Bertinelli took to Instagram on Wednesday, April 30 to share that she’s been experimenting with cold plunges to improve her mood and reduce inflammation, but the photo the ex-Food Network star posted of herself in a red bikini had fans leaving fire emojis.
In the two-pic carousel, the onetime One Day at a Time star, 65, is sporting glasses and a red bikini as she stands on the steps of her pool. The second part of the panel has video of the actress diving in the deep end of her pool and catching her breath after the shock of the cold water. “OK, cold! OK. Oh gosh!,” she said before she ultimately breaking into laughter.

“My pool is 66° 🥶 Now, for a cold plunge that’s relatively warm. (that’s what they say whoever they are) but along with everything else I’ve been experimenting with, this has helped improve my mood, has reduced inflammation and it’s easier than filling my bath up with ice cubes 😝,” she captioned the post.
