The Variety Show of Hearts is back on Global BC!
Launching on Thursday, February 23 at 6 p.m. Global News Hour, viewers are treated to stories of hope, courage and resilience from the children and families they’ve helped in 2022.
The story will then continue on Friday, February 24th and Saturday, February 26th in all global newscasts.
Then, on Sunday, February 27th, the 57th Variety Show of Hearts telethon will air from 1:00 pm to 5:30 pm.
It celebrates children of all abilities and ensures that all children across the state have the brightest future possible.
The event will also be streamed on the livestream above.

The Show of Hearts will be hosted by Global BC’s Chris Gayrus, Sophie Louie, Paul Haysom, Sonia Sanger, Mark Madriga and Michael Newman, CFOX’s Karen Kunkun, Rock 101’s Kia Tucker and Todd Talbot.
Joining them are Alvin Lowe, Marco Pasqua, Howard Blank, Jessica McCready and Variety Youth Champions Esabella Strickland, Caitlin Rye, Jaden and Ashton.
Debuting on the Show of Hearts are special guests Sarah McLachlan and Jim Cuddy, Devin Cuddy and Sam Polley. Also appearing are pop-rock singer Fefe Dobson, her girlfriend, and Coquitlam’s Tyler Shaw.

Over 1,100 children are now waiting to hear if Variety can provide the vital support they need. Donations up to $850,000 are matched.
