voco Times Square – Broadway has opened as a 32-story, 419-room hotel in Midtown Manhattan, marking the largest voco hotel property in the Americas.

voco Times Square – Broadway has opened as a 32-story hotel with 419 guest rooms in Midtown Manhattan’s Times Square district. The property is one of the final new-build hotel developments approved in the neighborhood. It joins two other voco hotels in New York City—voco Times Square South New York and voco The Franklin New York—bringing the total number of voco hotels in New York State to seven.

The hotel features Times Square’s only hotel rooftop with unobstructed, panoramic views of the city skyline. The 2,400-square-foot indoor/outdoor hybrid rooftop is designed for events and gatherings. The property also includes The Velvet Fox bar and lounge, which offers cocktails, small plates, and live music.

Located at the intersection of Seventh Avenue and West 48th Street, voco Times Square – Broadway provides proximity to landmarks such as Radio City Music Hall, the Museum of Modern Art, and the Empire State Building.

The opening of voco Times Square – Broadway follows the debut of voco Astoria in New York during the past summer. The hotel’s design is inspired by New York City’s Prohibition-era speakeasies, with guest rooms and suites featuring vintage-inspired décor and contemporary amenities.

Globally, there are 124 voco hotels open and operating, with an additional 108 in the development pipeline as of December 31, 2025. Recent U.S. openings for the voco brand include properties in Flagstaff, Laguna Hills, Moab, Myrtle Beach, and Port St. Lucie.
