Developer PMG and Hilton have announced the Waldorf Astoria Residences Denver Cherry Creek development. This marks the first time the Waldorf Astoria brand has entered the Colorado market.

The luxury condominium, situated at 185 N Steele St. in the desirable Cherry Creek North neighborhood, consists of 37 residences starting at $1.2 million.

Kevin Maloney, founder and CEO of PMG, expressed confidence in the alignment between the prestige of the Waldorf Astoria brand and the upscale Denver area. He anticipates the new residences will contribute sophistication and high-quality hospitality to the region. PMG’s managing partner, Ryan Shear, also expressed excitement about this collaboration with Hilton and the expansion of their luxury residential portfolio.

The project’s design is led by Denver-based Shears Adkins Rockmore (SAR+) alongside renowned architect Carlos Ott, with interior design by award-winning firm BAMO. The residences, ranging from 1,350 to 4,320 square feet, will feature panoramic views, luxury finishes and appliances, custom kitchens and bathrooms, and smart home capabilities. Most units will also include semi-private elevators and private balconies.

The property will offer various amenities, including a lounge inspired by Peacock Alley, a rooftop pool with bar and lounge areas, a wellness center, a state-of-the-art fitness studio, and a signature restaurant. Hilton Management Services will oversee the facilities, aiming to offer residents a refined living experience through personalized service.

With over 32 years of experience in luxury residential development, PMG has delivered more than $12B in assets. The company’s current projects include 111 West 57th Street in New York City, Waldorf Astoria Miami, and Waldorf Astoria Residences Miami. They have also developed various properties in Miami, Fort Lauderdale, Sarasota, and Weston, Florida.
