Waldorf Astoria Los Cabos Pedregal and Alo Moves are expanding their partnership with the launch of The Reset Retreat, a three-day event promoting sustainable, mindful living. The retreat, which will take place from April 3 to 5, 2025, incorporates fitness, mindfulness, recovery, and nutrition into a holistic lifestyle experience.
Waldorf Astoria Los Cabos Pedregal is collaborating with Alo Moves, an acclaimed holistic wellness platform, to launch The Reset Retreat from April 3-5, 2025. This partnership marks an exciting expansion of their initial alliance in 2024, which saw the debut of Alo Moves’ first in-person retreat at the resort.
The Reset Retreat manifests Alo Moves’ Move Into Wellness philosophy, which emphasizes performance, mindfulness, and recovery. The program, filmed at Waldorf Astoria Los Cabos Pedregal, revises the traditional 3-2-8 method. It includes three days of Pilates and two days of strength training, consciously shifting from the usual split to underscore foundational movement and long-lasting results.
The Reset Retreat, with Pilates as its core, enhances alignment, flexibility, and core strength, providing a robust base to supplement strength training. The program includes accessible cardio through daily walking goals and expert-led nutrition from Sakara Life, providing actionable strategies for mindful living and clean eating.
Participants at all fitness levels can experience the program in person at the Waldorf Astoria Los Cabos Pedregal amidst a breathtaking backdrop. The three-day Reset Retreat will encompass daily Pilates and strength training, mindfulness practices, nourishing food events, and the resort’s holistic well-being experiences deeply rooted in Mexican traditions and culture.
Attendees can book a package that includes specially designed Wellness Retreat programming by Alo Moves and Waldorf Astoria Los Cabos Pedregal, a 12-month subscription to Alo Moves, $200 resort credit, a 15% discount on spa services, complimentary daily breakfast at Don Manuel’s, and a wellness gift bag.
