Warrant issued for man who may be in Toronto area
A Canadian-wide case has been filed by Ontario police against a 31-year-old man known to have frequented the Toronto area on suspicion of violating the terms of his release while serving a two-year arson sentence. A warrant has been issued.
Michael Stamatakos Wanted 1 count of statutory release violation while serving a two-year sentence for arson, 1 count of unsafe manipulation of transportation, 1 count of fleeing a sheriff, 1 count of threatening to cause harm or death, and Schedule 1. Possession of material.
According to police, Stamatakos is 5 feet 5 inches tall, weighs 110 pounds, and has brown hair and brown eyes. A release issued Thursday describes Stamatacco’s multiple tattoos. “Heart, tears and stitch marks on the left cheek, stitch marks on the right cheek, ‘SD KEYZ’ on the right calf, and ‘THE WORLD IS MINE’ on the left hand. , to name a few, “SPARTON” on the right side of the neck.
