The Four Seasons Resort Peninsula Papagayo in Costa Rica has announced the launch of its 2025 Visiting Wellness Practitioners Residency Program. Now in its second year, the program aims to offer an array of healing and self-discovery experiences within the resort’s Wellness Shala. The resort’s Senior Director of Spa, Arnaud Dieutegard, revealed that the program would bring experts from four continents to provide various wellness disciplines, from sound healing and yoga therapy to breathwork and energy practices.

Every expert will offer a month-long residency as the resort’s on-site wellness expert. The program will kick off in January with Koya Webb’s fusion of yoga and energy work, incorporating mindfulness and plant-based nutrition. April will see Rashia Bell’s crystal healing ceremonies, using Chakra Energy Yoga and lunar rituals to align the mind, body, and spirit.

Ian-Robert Ciappara, the resort’s general manager, stated that the program demonstrates the resort’s commitment to providing life-enriching experiences. It aims to inspire personal growth and harmony in guests through the expertise and vision of the wellness practitioners.

The 2025 program will showcase the intersection of ancient traditions and modern modalities, reflecting the resort’s commitment to holistic well-being. It will include sound journey therapies by Daniel Byrne, mantra singing and acroyoga with Alejandra Ulate, and many more diverse practices. Each residency promotes physical vitality, emotional clarity, and spiritual growth.

The full list of 2025 wellness practitioners includes Koya Webb (Yoga and Energy Work), Kristyna Paulus (Yoga Therapy and Sculpt), Daniel Byrne (Sound Journeys and Breathwork), Rashia Bell (Yoga, Energy, and Crystal Healing), Sarah Garden (Yoga Therapy), Alejandra Ulate (Yoga Fitness and Kirtan), Marianna Jacobs (Yoga and Energy Healing), Dr. Luz (Acupuncture and Energy Healing), April May Gardner (Yoga), and Rebel & Muse (Acoustic Soundscapes and Yoga).

This initiative is designed to provide guests with a unique and personalized wellness journey set against the backdrop of Costa Rica’s lush and pristine coastlines. With a wide variety of disciplines and practices throughout the year, the program hopes to cater to guests’ evolving wellness needs.
