Westgate Bimini Bay is Westgate Resorts’ first Caribbean destination. The property is located on North Bimini in The Bahamas, about 50 miles from the Florida coast. The island can be reached by commercial airline, ferry or private boat.
The property includes newly renovated studio and two-bedroom villas. The furnished accommodations sleep up to four or six guests, depending on unit type. The villas are located near beaches and water recreation areas.
G&G Luxury Property Management will handle on-site management in partnership with local Bahamians.
Westgate Timeshare Owners can begin exchanging into Bimini Bay immediately. Rental and owner exchange reservations are available through WestgateBiminiBay.com for arrivals beginning Oct. 1, 2026.
Bimini is known as the Gateway to The Bahamas and includes marinas, waterfront restaurants, fishing, boating, snorkeling, diving and other water recreation options.
The announcement follows Westgate Resorts’ strategic investment in a Bimini real estate development, announced last year.
The Bahamas recorded 12.5 million visitors in 2025, compared with 11.2 million visitors in 2024, according to The Bahamas Ministry of Tourism, Investments & Aviation.
