  • What do I need to get into the event? You will need your EventCamp registration confirmation email, which you received upon registration. A valid photo ID might also be requested for verification at check-in.
  • Business Cards: This is your most important networking tool! Bring plenty to exchange with new contacts.
  • Phone/Laptop/Tablet and Chargers: These are essential for accessing session materials, taking notes, and staying connected. Don’t forget a portable power bank for on-the-go charging!
  • Light Layers: Conference rooms can have varying temperatures. A blazer, cardigan, or wrap will help you adjust.
  • Comfortable Shoes: You’ll be on your feet, networking and moving between sessions. Comfort is key!
  • Medications/First Aid: Basic over-the-counter pain relievers, band-aids, and any personal medications.

Attire (Business Casual Recommended):

Getting There & Staying There: Encore Boston Harbor

EventCamp 2025 will be held at the luxurious Encore Boston Harbor in Everett, MA.

Directions from Logan Airport (BOS)

The Encore Boston Harbor is approximately 5 miles from Logan Airport, with travel times varying based on traffic. Driving (approx. 6 mi, 20–30 min depending on traffic.

  1. Leave Logan Airport via the Sumner Tunnel (follow signs for Route 1A South / I‑93 North)
  2. Merge onto I‑93 North.
  3. Stay on I‑93 North to Exit 20 for Route 99 / Sullivan Sq. / Somerville.
  4. At the ramp, turn right onto Cambridge Street.
  5. Proceed and veer slightly right onto Maffa Way.
  6. At the roundabout, take the 3rd exit onto Alford Street.
  7. Slight right to stay on MA‑99 North / Alford St.
  8. Encore Boston Harbor (One Broadway, Everett MA 02149) will be on your left in under a half‑mile.

Public Transit / Shuttle Options

If you prefer not to drive, here are some options.

Silver Line & Shuttle: Take the complimentary MBTA Silver Line from Logan Airport to South Station. From South Station, you can take a free Encore Downtown Shuttle directly to the resort (pickup at John F Fitzgerald Surface Road at Kneeland Street).

Orange Line (via Sullivan Station): Take the MBTA Orange Line to Sullivan Station, then take MBTA Bus Routes 104, 105, or 109 to Encore.

Blue Line & Shuttle: Take the MBTA Blue Line to Aquarium Station and hop on the Encore Premium Harbor Shuttle for a direct ride to the resort from Long Wharf.

Parking*

Encore Boston Harbor offers convenient free self-parking daily with direct access to the resort. Overnight parking is available for hotel guests. Valet services are also available for a fee ($10 for guests, free for Wynn Rewards Members). There are also 63 EV charging stations available. An additional free community parking lot is located directly across the street at 31 Mystic Street, Everett, MA.

*Once parked, follow the signs for the Encore Resort versus the Casino. (Laptops are not allowed in the Casino.)
