Canada’s largest mineral hot springs are in BC & they’re surrounded by mountain vistas

18 November 20232 Mins Read

Ready to immerse yourself in the largest natural mineral hot springs in all of Canada? You don’t have to go far if you’re in BC. Surrounded by towering mountains and scenic vistas is the resort town of Fairmont Hot Springs, which is home to a large soaking pool (39°C), swimming pool (32°C), and dive pool (30°C) – all of which are guaranteed to keep you warm and toasty this winter.

The unincorporated town is located between Canal Flats and Windermere, and offers visitors all the trappings of a year-round Rocky Mountain resort.

From cozy mountain view cottages and cabins to 14 exciting ski & snowboard runs, to a mountainside golf course, guests at Fairmont Hot Springs are in for a memorable time no matter what they choose to indulge in.

While the resort’s ownership has changed hands multiple times since its creation, the resort has always been a centre for health, wellness, and hospitality – and that is true to this day.

The hot spring pools are open to the public every day from 9 am to 9 pm, with single entry priced at $16 per adult. Families can take advantage of their two adults + two children admission, which is priced at $50.

Day passes are $24 per person or $70 for families.

So there you have it, hot springs enthusiasts. If you’re looking for a place to truly unwind this fall, you can’t do much better than Fairmont Hot Springs.
